Take your breakfast:

Try to keep at least 8 grams of fiber for breakfast:

Do not late to eat breakfast, Do it as soon as possible:
There are many people who are late for breakfast. They have precedence over sleep. There are some others they have not habit to take breakfast after waking up. But research has proven that breakfast a lot of helps your body's metabolic process. If you do not want to get indigestion trouble then must take breakfast as soon as possible. Try to eat breakfast every day within 1 or 1.5 hours after waking up. If you can eat breakfast everyday timely your digestion process will be correct. And your health will be good. And of course, the weight of the body can be kept under control.
Avoid sugar type of foods and try to eat more protein foods:
If you eat more sugar food in the morning then the food will spoil your efficiency. You never want it. So, try to avoid sugar food as much as possible. You can eat the calories. To protect your health calories will help you. Such as egg, bread etc.
